Rhubarb salad — delicious and diet!

Gourmet snack with healthy seasonal greens.

green salad — a bunch
rhubarb — 200 g
sugar — 2 tbsp. l.

Rhubarb salad

Feta cheese — 150 g
walnuts — 50 g
raisins — a small handful
Balsamic vinegar — 1 tbsp. l.
olive oil — 1 tbsp. l.
freshly ground black pepper, salt — to taste
Cut the rhubarb into pieces 1.5 cm long, cover with sugar and leave for 10 minutes.

Preheat the frying pan with vegetable oil and roast the rhubarb
3 min. Cool it down.

Nuts clean and fry in a dry frying pan, make sure not to burn.
Toasted nuts. Chop the cheese.

Raisin with warm boiled water.

Prepare the sauce. In a cup, whip the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Lay salad leaves with rhubarb, cheese, nuts and raisins. Pour the sauce. It is convenient to put the salad in a container for a picnic.
