RICE PORRIDGE WITH CABBAGE AND MUSHROOMS

 

Ingredients:
* fresh cabbage-800 g
* boiled mushrooms-150 g
* milk-500 ml
* rice-1 Cup
* onions-2 PCs .

RICE PORRIDGE WITH CABBAGE AND MUSHROOMS

* butter-50 g
* breadcrumbs-40 g
* eggs — 2 PCs.
* sour cream-150 ml
* parsley greens-20 g
* salt, ground black pepper-to taste

Preparation:
1. Cabbage to chop and extinguish in milk to readiness.
2. Rice pripustit in milk, season with chopped fried onions, boiled mushrooms, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
3. Grease a portion of clay pots with butter, put layers of cabbage and rice so that the top layer was made of cabbage.
4.Grease the top with whipped raw eggs and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 °C.
6. Serve with sour cream.
