Roast pork with apples

 

Ingredients:

pork (flesh) — 1 kg,
potatoes-1 kg,
carrots-2-3 PCs – ,
onions – 2 PCs.,

Roast pork with apples

green apples (sour varieties) – 3-4 pieces.,
garlic-3-4 cloves,
Bay leaf-2-3 PCs – ,
allspice — 1 teaspoon,
vegetable oil for frying,


salt and pepper to taste,
green for serving.

How to cook:

Cut the pork flesh into large pieces. Peel potatoes and carrots, cut into large cubes, onions, half rings, apples – slices. In a cauldron or any refractory dish with a thick bottom, heat the butter and fry the pork in portions until Golden brown. Put all the roasted meat in a cauldron, add vegetables and apples, salt and pepper. Fill with hot water so that the water barely covers the vegetables. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Garlic finely chop, add garlic, allspice and Bay leaf to the cauldron. Cover and continue to simmer until tender. Serve the roast with chopped herbs.
