Roast with mushrooms — delicious!


Ingredients (3-4 servings):

Potatoes (medium) – 6 PCs.,
Onions (large) – 2 PCs.,

Roast with mushrooms

Fresh mushrooms (mushrooms, honeydew or oyster mushrooms) — 0.5 kg,
Dill-0,5 beam,
Salt, ground black pepper-to taste,
Vegetable oil for frying – to taste.


Cut peeled potatoes into cubes or cubes, onions into half rings. In one pan fry the potatoes until they are half-cooked, in the second first spasseruyte onions until Golden brown, and then add to it randomly sliced mushrooms and fry for 10-15 minutes.

Put the mushroom zazharku to potatoes, mix everything, season with salt and pepper. Fry over low heat for another 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For 2 minutes until cooked, put finely chopped dill.

Version of the recipe: instead of fresh mushrooms you can use salted or pickled. In this case, simply fry the potatoes with onions, and add the chopped mushrooms with dill for 5 minutes until ready.
