ROASTED NEW POTATOES WITH CHANTERELLES

Ingredients:
500 g-young small potatoes,
500 g-chanterelles,
2 tbsp olive oil,

ROASTED NEW POTATOES WITH CHANTERELLES

1 St l-butter,
1-2 garlic cloves,
salt, pepper.

Preparation:
1.The potatoes well to wash, to clean not necessarily. Boil in salted water until half-cooked, 8 minutes.
Drain the water.
2.Clean the chanterelles and boil for 5 minutes. In a frying pan, heat a mixture of oils and fry potatoes and chanterelles together until Golden brown over medium heat. Add salt, add a crushed garlic clove and turn off the heat.
3.Before serving sprinkle with fresh herbs.
