Roulade with feijoa

 

This layer roll is prepared very quickly. Soft pears or apples can be added to feijoa.

Ingredients:

puff pastry-1 pack,
feijoa-500 g,
butter-50 g,


sugar-3-4 tablespoons,
lemon — 1 PC – ,
cinnamon – 1 teaspoon without slides,
yolk (for greasing roll) — 1 PC –

How to cook a roll with feijoa:

Feijoa peel and cut arbitrarily, remove the zest from the lemon. Put feijoa in a small frying pan, add butter, sugar, cinnamon and lemon zest. Simmer, stirring, over low heat, 15-20 minutes. Put the filling on a plate and cool.

Preheat oven to 200-220 degrees. Defrost the puff pastry and roll it into a large rectangle. Cooled stuffing evenly on the dough, stepping back a little at the edges. Roll the roll, the edges are well sealed to the filling is not leaked. Put the roll on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper, grease with yolk and put in the oven. Bake until Golden brown, about 20-30 minutes. After cooking, cool and serve.
