Salad with avocado, shrimp and grapefruit (weight loss)



Avocado — 2 PCs.
Mustard black (French — — 1 tsp
Grapefruit-2 PCs —
Fresh shrimp-500 g

Salad with avocado, shrimp and grapefruit

Lemon juice-50 ml
Chestnut honey-15 g
Cucumbers-100 g
Olive oil-160 ml
Black pepper ground — ½ tsp.
Salad radicchio — 50 g
Salt — ½ tsp.
Dill-10 g
Balsamic vinegar-20 ml
Garlic cloves-1 PC —


1. Marinate shrimp in mixture of lemon juice, 3 tbsp oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper for 30 minutes. Fry the prawns for a few minutes, until pink. Variety of shrimps choose the one that you like best.
2. Cut out the segments of grapefruit. Do this over a bowl to save the juice.
3. Cut avocados and cucumber.
4. Prepare a salad dressing by mixing grapefruit juice, butter, vinegar, mustard, honey, dill, salt and pepper.
5. Narva lettuce leaves on a wide plate, put them in the remaining ingredients, pour over the dressing. This is done.
