Chicken liver-500 g
Avocado-1 piece
Tomatoes-5 pieces


Beijing cabbage-1 head
Chicken egg-5 pieces
Lemon-1 piece
Greek yogurt — 5 tablespoons.
Ketchup — 2 tablespoons.
Cognac — 1 tablespoon
Sea salt-to taste

Rinse the liver, cut into medium pieces, salt and fry in vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes. Defer. Take the top of the Beijing cabbage, cut into strips and spread on a platter. Cut the ripe avocado into slices, put on top of cabbage. Pour lemon juice.

Cut the eggs into quarters, tomatoes into 6 parts. Put on top of the avocado, leaving a free space in the center for the liver. Season the mass with a sauce of low-fat yogurt, brandy, hot ketchup and salt.
