Fruit salad can be filled with natural yogurt or fat-free yogurt. Nuts do not need to be added.

Ingredients
grapefruit — 1 pc.
tangerine — 2 pcs.

large pear — 1 pc.
juice — 1/2 lemon
spinach — 200 g
basil — 2 sprigs
Cashew nuts — 2 tbsp. l.
olive oil — 4 tbsp. l.
Preparation
Peel the grapefruit and divide into slices. From each carefully remove the flesh, along the way removing all the white films.

Tangerines clean and divide into slices. Pear washed, well dried, cleaned and cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice and gently mix.

Spinach washed and well dried, spread out on a paper towel. Sprigs of basil to rinse, shake off water and cut off leaves.

Nuts brown in a pan without adding fat, then put on a plate and allow to cool.

All the prepared ingredients are combined and mixed. Then spread out on kremankami, sprinkle with nuts and pour with olive oil.
