Salmon on charcoal

Recipe for cooking salmon for a picnic.

Salmon (steaks) — 1 kg
garlic — 2 cloves
dry basil — 1 tsp.

Salmon on charcoal

lemon juice — 6 tsp.
olive oil — 6 tbsp. l.
bulbs — 2 pcs.


Peel onion and grate on a fine grater. The cloves of garlic are also cleaned and passed through a press or very finely chopped. Add onion and garlic, add basil and stir.

Add olive oil with lemon juice and mix well. Mix both mixtures and mix.

Pour the steaks of salmon and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Steaks lay on the grate over hot coals. Fry until ready, turning over. It is good to serve with potatoes and favorite vegetable salad.
