The recipe for a wholesome drink-dessert from exotic fruit.Ingredients
mango — 1 pc.
banana — 1 pc.
sweet and sour apple

Smoothies made of mango — Tasty and healthy!

natural yogurt or skimmed yogurt — 300 ml
basil — 2 sprigs
lemon — 1 pc.
Ice cubes, sprigs of basil — for decoration
Preparation:

Mango wash, peel, cut in half and gently remove the stone. Cut the flesh into large slices.

Banana wash, peel and cut into slices. Wash the apple and cut it in half. Remove the core with seeds, cut into slices. Basil to wash, well dry and cut off the leaves.

Lemon wash, peel off a layer of peel with a small grater, squeeze the juice out of the fruit.

Prepared mango, banana, apple, basil and lemon juice with zedra put in a blender with yoghurt (kefir), ice cubes. Grind, pour into glasses, decorate at will and immediately serve.
