Soup canned fish

Ingredients:
Canned – 2 cans
Potatoes – 5 PCs.
Carrots – 2 PCs.
Onions – 2 PCs.

Water – 1.5 liters
Barley – 50 g
Bay leaf – 2 PCs.
Butter – 20 g
Vegetable oil – 20 g
Greens – to taste
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Preparation:
Barley washed and soaked for 2 hours in cold water. Drain the water, put the barley in a small pan or ladle. Pour hot water in the ratio 1:3 and cook for 50 minutes. Finished barley wash.
Peel the vegetables and slice. Onions and carrots fried in a pan in a mixture of oil and butter. Add the potatoes and cover with water. Boil until soft potatoes. Then put the barley and canned food. Singe Laurel leaves and add to the soup. Put salt, pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let infuse for 20 minutes. When serving sprinkle with herbs.
