Soup with Brussels sprouts (weight loss)

The recipe for cooking light soup from vegetables.

Ingredients
leek
carrots — 2 pcs.
potatoes — 2 tubers

Soup with Brussels sprouts

vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. l.
chicken broth — 1,5 l
frozen Brussels sprouts — 300 g
dill — 20 g
salt, ground black pepper — to taste
Preparation:

Peel the leeks and cut into rings. Carrots and potatoes are washed, cleaned. Carrot cut into thin slices, potatoes — slices.
In a saucepan on vegetable oil slightly browned leeks. Add the carrots and fry all together on a small fire for 3 minutes.

Pour the hot broth and bring to a boil. Put the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add Brussels sprouts, bring it back to a boil, add salt and pepper a little. Boil on a small fire under the lid 7 min.

Dill to wash, dry and chop. Add soup to plates, add dill to each.
