Spaghetti with fish

Cut tomatoes, press them through a sieve to make a mash (you can whip in a blender). Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the cloves of garlic in it for no longer than 1 minute, then add the wiped tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.

Spaghetti with fish

Cut fish fillets with strips, combine with tomato puree, season with juice and lemon rind, salt, pepper and simmer for another 5 minutes. Boil the spaghetti, throw in a colander, and then mix with the fish dressing. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
