Stew with mushrooms in the wok (Slimming)

The recipe for cooking a hot vegetable dish.

carrots — 1 pc.
zucchini — 1 pc.
red sweet pepper — 1 pod

Stew with mushrooms in the wok (Slimming)

champignons — 300 g
root of ginger — a piece (3 cm)
garlic — 2 cloves
soy sauce — 3 tbsp. l.
sesame oil — 2 tbsp. l.
refined vegetable oil — 4 tbsp. l.
spinach — 200 g
cilantro 70 g
Carrots cleaned, washed and cut into thin strips. Zucchini cut into small slices, sweet pepper — strips. Champignons wipe with a damp napkin and cut into thin plates. Ginger root and peel on a fine grater. Garlic clean and chop.

In a frying pan, wok heat both kinds of oil and, stirring, to brown the garlic with ginger for 1 min. Add the carrots and fry for 2 minutes. Put the sweet pepper and fry, stirring, for 2 more minutes. Then, after the same period of time, add mushrooms and zucchini. In the end, put spinach, pour on soy sauce, mix and keep on the fire for 2 minutes. Kinzu wash, dry and chop. Sprinkle the prepared dish before serving.
