Tasty PIES «bombs»

Dough:
Flour — 3-3.5 p.
Water (hot water) — 1 tbsp.
Rast. oil — 4 tbsp
Sugar — 1 tsp
Salt — 1 tsp
Filling:
Tomatoes — 5 pcs.
White cheese (or cheese) — 200 g
Garlic — 2 tooth.
Greenery
Salt
Preparation:
Cut tomatoes into slices. Cheese mash with fork, then add salt if cheese, squeeze through chesnokodavilku garlic, add the chopped herbs and stir.
In the water (boiling water) Mix sugar and salt, add the vegetable oil. Add the flour. Knead a soft dough.
Give the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out half the dough into a large thin layer.
Arrange tomato slices on the dough no closer than 3 cm from each other.
