Tatar pie “Smetannik”

 

It’s just a classic! Gently-cottage cheese taste of pie, but at the same time there is not a drop of cottage cheese in it. The filling is like a cream, very delicate. And, no less important, it’s a lot!

You will need:

Dough:

Tatar pie “Smetannik”

milk 200ml
vegetable oil 1-2 tablespoons
1 egg
salt 1ch.l.
sugar 1 tbsp.
dry yeast 1 hour.
soda at the tip of the knife
flour gr. 300.

Filling:
500 gr. sour cream
4 eggs
6 tbsp sugar

How to cook:

1. Knead not a very steep dough and leave for an hour.

2. Beat eggs lightly with sugar, add sour cream and stir until smooth.

3. Roll the dough into a circle, larger than the diameter of the mold by 2-3 cm and put it so that the sides are formed.

4. Put the filling on the dough. The sideboards bend.

5. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
