Turkey shish kebab with pepper

large bulbs — 3 pcs.
coriander — 50 g
sour cream — 70 g
ketchup — 100 g
sweet pepper — 2 pods
salt, ground red pepper — to taste
The turkey fillet should be washed, dried on a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Put in a bowl or a small one in a saucepan.

Peel onion, cut into half rings and combine with turkey fillet.

Kinzu wash and finely chopped. Add to the fillet and onion together with sour cream and ketchup. If desired, sour cream can be replaced with kefir with a fat content of 3.2%. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Punch the peppers, cut into halves and remove the stem with the seeds. Flesh cut into squares, focusing on the size of pieces of turkey.

Pieces of fillet strung on skewers, alternating with onions and peppers. Fry on the grill until ready, periodically turning over. On the table you can serve with a salad of fresh vegetables and green onions.
