VIENNESE SCHNITZEL

 

Classic Viennese schnitzel is prepared from the tender veal, which must be repelled until the thickness of the piece will not be only 3-5 millimeters. The result is a juicy meat in a crispy breading.

Ingredients:
* veal (cue ball) — 2 pieces
* wheat flour — 4 tbsp.

VIENNESE SCHNITZEL

* chicken egg — 1 PC.
* salt, pepper-to taste
* breadcrumbs-4 tbsp.

Preparation:
1. A piece of veal beat flat hammer to a thickness of 4-5 mm. Salt and pepper.
2. Beat the egg in a small bowl. Roll the meat in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs. Put the schnitzel in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
3. Fry the meat in a cast iron pan in hot oil for 4 minutes, pouring hot oil from the pan on top. Turn and fry for another 3-4 minutes until Golden brown.
4. Shift the schnitzel on a plate with a paper towel to remove excess oil. 5. Serve with lemon, salad or potatoes.
