Warm salad with bulgur

We will need:

Bulgur-150 g,
Champignons-300 g,
Cherry tomatoes-250 g,
Arugula-1 bunch,

Warm salad with bulgur

Salt and pepper to taste,
Vegetable oil for frying

For refueling:

Olive oil — 3 tablespoons,
Balsamic vinegar — 2 tablespoons.

In a pot with a thick bottom, heat a little vegetable oil. Add the bulgur into a pot and fry, stirring for 1-2 minutes.

Add boiling water at the rate of 2 parts of water to 1 part of the cereals and salt. Cover the pan with a lid, cook the bulgur for 15 minutes until ready.

Cut the mushrooms into 4 parts and fry in a pan, salt during frying.

Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Once the mushrooms are ready, add tomatoes to them, fry for another 1-2 minutes.

For the filling mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, lightly beat with a whisk.

Put arugula, bulgur, tomatoes and mushrooms on a plate. Pour the salad dressing and pepper. Serve immediately
