Warm salad with wild rice, pumpkin and pomegranate


Wild rice is incredibly useful, it contains folic acid and vitamins of group B. It should be served as a separate dish and not as garnish.


wild rice-100 g,
pomegranate seeds-1 Cup,
pumpkin-200 g,
paprika-1 teaspoon,

Warm salad with wild rice, pumpkin and pomegranate

salt and pepper to taste,
green onions for serving,
olive oil for refueling.
How to cook rice with pumpkin:

Cook wild rice according to the instructions on the package until ready. Peel the pumpkin from seeds and crusts, cut into small pieces and mix in a mixture of salt, paprika and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Spread the pumpkin on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until soft, about 30 minutes.

In the salad bowl, put the rice, add the pumpkin and pomegranate seeds, salt and pepper to taste, season with olive oil and mix.

Green onions finely chop and sprinkle the salad. Serve immediately.
