What's with two admin panels (platforms)?
Most server management panels are either too simple for many users or too complicated. It’s hard to find the perfect middle ground because every user’s requirements and skills are different.
We have overcome this problem by offering two platform options: CloudPages for most users who want to keep server management quick and easy and CyberPanel for more advanced users.
Which platform is right for me?
This depends on your skills. If you are an experienced sys-admin, you will enjoy the total flexibility and granular control offered by CyberPanel.
If you are mostly a web developer with limited server administration experience, then CloudPages is the platform for you.
Can I change billing plans?
Yes, of course. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
How many sites I can host on the minimum plan?
There is no definite answer to this question because let’s say you have 100 static sites (static sites only have HTML pages), you could very easily host all of those 100 sites on 2GB ram server.
But let say if you have 90 static sites and 10 PHP sites (WordPress or any other dynamic site, which requires PHP processing along with a database) then its likely you would run out of server resources.
Additionally, you might have a high-traffic dynamic site, in this case the chances are you would only be able to host one of these sites on the minimum plan.
Can I change admin panels?
Both CloudPages and CyberPanel platforms have their own server integrations. Once your server is set up with one platform, it is not possible to then switch panels on the same server.
You would need to create a separate CyberHosting plan using the other panel and migrate your sites across to the new server.
It’s worth noting though, we offer 10 x FREE site migrations with each new CyberHosting plan.
Can I change admin panels?
We provide the CloudPages Agency Plan completely free on all servers over $10p/m. Smaller servers receive the CloudPages Freelance Plan.
Both plans are identical with the inclusion of Teams Access and ModSecurity on the Agency Plan.
What are the CyberPanel Add-Ons that are included?
We provide all CyberPanel paid Add-Ons completely free on all servers. These are normally an extra charge for CyberPanel users.
